Studio Policies

Tuition/Payments/Refunds

•   No refund for weather, blackout, or emergencies. 

•   There are no refunds for missed classes.

•   The studio will administer a $25 charge to all NSF cheques or returned cheques for any reason.

 What if my dancer decides they do not want to dance anymore?

•   A refund will be determined according to the payment system. All un-cashed cheques will be given back and any not run credit card payments will not be run once the class is dropped. The studio will administer a $25 charge to any/all refunded classes.

 

Classes/Instructors

•   Instructors will assess all students during the first few weeks of each term to establish suitable class and skill levels.

•   T.O. Dance Co has the right to combine or cancel classes, temporarily or permanently, without advance notice, due to an emergency or low enrolment. All classes must have a minimum of 3 students enrolled in order for the class to run. Teachers are subject to change without notice.

 

Studio/Lobby/Communication

•   The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Please leave your valuables at home.

•   T.O. Dance Co is NOT responsible for students in between or after classes.

•   Important Notices, like newsletters and seasonal info will be distributed via e-mail & will also be posted in the lobby.
